Public Comment Period Comments will be accepted from December 15, 2025, through January 16, 2026. Written comments may be submitted by any of the following methods:
A public hearing will be held on January 22, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. at: Oklahoma Department of Securities City Place 204 North Robinson Ave., Suite 400 Oklahoma City, OK 73102-7001 Each person wishing to speak will be allowed a maximum of 10 minutes. All speakers must sign in at the door or virtually by 1:15 p.m. |
