NOTICE TO STATE REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISERS RE: FORM CRS

The previously issued notice by the Oklahoma Securities Department regarding a requirement to include the Form CRS Relationship Summary as a part of the required Form ADV filing has been withdrawn, effective immediately.
