GENERAL FILE UPLOAD

1. Type your name, email, and company (or represented entity/individual) in the fields provided. These fields are required.

2. If you know the name of the recipient, type it in the "Recipient" field. You may also add any additional information you would like to provide the recipient in the "Notes" field. Helpful information can include CRD/IARD numbers, case numbers, file descriptions, etc. These fields are not required.

3. Drag and drop files directly into the field in your web browser or select the "Browse Files" option and navigate to the files on your computer. You may upload one or more files at the same time. When finished, click "Upload". You cannot use both drag and drop with browse files simultaneously and must use only 1 option.

4. After each file is successfully uploaded, a green "Uploaded" message will be displayed next to each file.

Please note: You can only upload files to the system. Multiple folders or a folder with sub-folders needs to be zipped into an archive file before uploading.
